6 Week Course

This 6 week series is designed for those ready to take action. You will be expected to follow a strict regimen to detoxify your body. I will recommend supplements (Optional) for you to take that will aid in getting you healthy and feeling better quickly. I will expect you to fully participate. There will be discussion over fore-seen challenges to help set you up for the week successfully, homework, recipes and personalized goal setting. I will also schedule a weekly follow up coaching call to address any questions or problems along the way.

 

This course covers nutrition education. I will cover all  food groups, why they are important, what they do for the body, and how much you should have. I will cover foods/ingredients you should avoid, label reading and portion sizes. While this course is only 6 weeks, it is my goal that you will see results and will continue making choices around food that will benefit your body and lifestyle for the rest of your life. Changes that you will take with you and share these concepts with your family and end the cycle of family diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. This workshop is available in person only.
