By helping you discover what your top health priority is we can then create a plan to help you achieve your goal. We take small steps and create action goals that are measurable and attainable. We build upon each of these steps like taking a staircase from where you are to where you want to be until you are able to maintain your desired outcomes on your own without assistance.

     This package is for someone with just one or two health goals in mind. An average coaching plan is about 6 months depending on what stage of readiness the individual is in when beginning the coaching sessions. This package includes:

  • unlimited class/workshop attendance in your 6 month agreement
